    Install the FMC880 yourself, or let RS Connect fit the FMC920 at your home. The SIM card is included either way.

  2. Link it in the app

Every plan is a monthly auto-renewing subscription, purchased in the app through the App Store or Google Play, and confirmed at checkout. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — your plan runs to the end of the paid period. You'll also need a tracker for each vehicle: the self-install FMC880 (£99) or the professionally installed FMC920 (£199), both with the SIM card included for five years.

Common questions

Do I need a mechanic to install it?
Your choice. The FMC880 is designed for self-installation — power it up, connect it, then link it in the app using the IMEI on the device or box. Or choose the FMC920 and our partner RS Connect will professionally install it at your home, with immobilisation included.
Will alerts reach me if my phone is on silent?
Yes. Anti-theft alerts use the critical alert system, which bypasses silent mode on both iOS and Android, so an unexpected ignition wakes your phone.
Can I track someone else's car?
Only if you have legal authority over the vehicle. Apex Tracking is for vehicles you own or are responsible for — it must not be used for covert tracking of other people.
